9.1 Swimming Pool: If there is less than 300 linear feet of pool wall, is there a pool lift or sloped entry provided for entrance into pool? If there is more than 300 linear feet of pool wall, is there at least two means of accessible entry into the pool according to the following table? -OR- Hot Tub: Is there at least one means of entry that is a lift, transfer wall or other transfer system?

9.2 Swimming Pool Lift: Does the pool lift enter the water where the depth is less than 48inches? Is there clear deck space on the side of the pool lift that is 36 x 48 inches? Is the seat height between 16 to 19 inches while in the load position? Is the seat 16 inches wide? Does the pool lift have foot rests? Is the lift capable of unassisted operation from the deck and from the water? Does the lift submerge the seat to at least 18 inches below the water? Is the lift permanently installed, or if portable, can it be securely attached to the ground or side of the pool?

9.3 Sauna / Stream Room Door: Does the door swing outward so there is adequate turning space inside within the room?

9.4 Sauna / Stream Room Bench: Is there a bench that provides back support and is it 17 to 19 inches in height with a 30 x 48 inch floor space next to transfer?
